Appointed as Acting President Commissioner of PT Indopelita Aircraft Services effective 31 December 2025.Previously, Mr. Sadik served as Director of PT JOB Golden Spike Energy Indonesia and as Head of General Affairs of the Indonesian Wellhead Producers Association (APWI).In addition, he has extensive experience in national sports organizations, having served as Deputy Secretary General of the Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) Central Board for the 2019–2023 term, and as Expert Staff to the Chairman of KONI Central Board for the 2023–2027 term.
